Coffee Bread Pastry/Instant cake

Make a quick delicious cake out of bread arranging the bread slice as layer along with frosting and sugar syrup. This will taste as like a cake but the time spend to prepare is less.

Ingredients:
For frost:
Instant coffee powder- 2 tsp
Sugar- 2tsp(maximum add 4 tsp according to your taste)
Water- 2-3tsp

For pastry:
Bread – 4slices
Sugar – 1tbsp
Water – 2tbsp
Chocolate (optional) – few piece

How to prepare Coffee Bread Pastry:
  • Firstly need to prepare coffee frosting with the above mentioned ingredient. To prepare the frosting recipe is here.
  • Now mix the 1tbsp sugar in 2tbsp water and dissolve it well and keep the sugar syrup ready.
  • Then take the bread slices and trim the edges and keep ready. Take a slice of bread and brush the sugar syrup, then apply the frosting, again take a bread slice and repeat the same for all the four slices.
  • Finally apply the frosting all over the sides of the bread and grate the chocolate over the pastry. Slice the instant cake and is ready to be served.


Tips:
  • This can be refrigerate for 30mins and also can be served chill.
