Ingredients:
Wheat flour- 1cup(185gram)
Rice flour- ¾ cup
Rava- ½ cup
Curd-. 2tbsp
Curry leaves- 2tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chilli- 1(finely chopped)
Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
Pepper- ½ tsp (crushed)
Salt- as required
How to prepare Wheat Rava Dosa:
- In a mixing bowl add all ingredients together without lumps by adding water gradually.
- Let it rest for 15mins, mix water if the batter is thick, the batter should be runny like rava dosa consistency.
- Heat the tawa, add the batter from the sides of the tawa towards center. Add oil and cook once the bottom side is cooked flip and cook the other side too. Remove from tawa and transfer to the plate. Dosa is ready to serve with chutney or sambar.
Tips:
- The tawa should be hot enough while pouring batter on the tawa.
- You can also use dosa batter instead of rice flour.
