Sulaimani Tea is believed as an Arabic origin tea
without milk, which has been later becomes popular in Malabar region because of
Arab traders, here we brought some changes by using local herbs. This tea is
good for digestion after having heavy meals. Still this tea is available in
most of the shops in Dubai. This can be served hot or chilli.

Ingredients:
Water- 2cups
Dry Ginger powder- ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder- ¼ tsp
Cardamom- 3nos(crushed)
Cloves- 2nos(crushed)
Jaggery powder or brown sugar or honey- as required
Lime juice- as required

How to prepare Sulaimani Tea:
- In a saucepan add water and bring to boil, now add all spices and simmer for 2mins.
- Now add tea and boil for a min. Switch off the flame and cover with lid, let it rest for a min. Then add jaggery powder or honey and mix well.
- Finally add the lemon juice and mix it, strain and serve the tea.
