Ingredients:
Fresh cream – 250ml
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Chocolate – 100 grams
Cocoa powder – 1 tsp
Corn flour – ½ tsp (optional)

How to prepare Chocolate Ice Cream:
- In a pan add milk, fresh cream, sugar and chopped chocolate (any chocolate of your choice), cook in low flame till the chocolate melts.
- Mix the corn flour in a tbsp of water and add it to the milk mixture and cook till the mixture gets little thick.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely and transfer it to an air tight container and store in the freezer till it sets.
- Take the container out of freezer 5 mins before serve. Scoop the ice cream and its ready to serve.
