Badam Kulfi


Kulfi is a popular Indian creamy ice cream made, famously known as frozen dairy dessert. This is  a traditional Indian Ice cream. This comes in various flavour, here we can see the recipe for Badam Kulfi.

Ingredients:
Milk – 250ml
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Custard powder – 1 tsp
Fresh cream – 120ml
Badam – 10 nos (Crushed)

How to prepare Badam Kulfi:
  •  Boil the milk and reduce for  3 mins.
  • Add sugar and again simmer for 5 more mins.
  • Mix the custard with 1 tbsp of milk. Mix it with the boiling mix.
  • Stir the milk continuously and cook till milk thickens.
  • Add fresh cream and cook for 5 more mins. Now add the crushed badam and allow cooling.
  • Once the mixture cools completely pour it in the kulfi mould using spoon and freeze for 8 hours or till it set completely.
