Paneer Finger Fry - Dhaba Style

Paneer Finger fry is a dhaba style crispy spicy paneer recipe, which will go as a snacks, or a side dish.

Ingredients:
Paneer – 200gram

For Masala:
Egg – 1
Rice Flour – 2 tsp
Corn Flour – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Garam Masala Powder – ¼ tsp
Jeera Powder – ¼ tsp
Hing – a pinch
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Salt – As required

For Coating:
Rice Flour – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – For frying

How to prepare Paneer Finger Fry:
  • Cut the paneer into finger size pieces. In a mixing bowl add egg, rice flour, corn flour, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder, hing, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Now add the paneer pieces into the mixing bowl, mix gently to make sure the masala is well coated with the paneer.
  • In a plate mix rice flour and pepper powder, now take each piece of paneer coat it with rice-pepper mixture.
  • Heat the oil and add the coated panner, fry it in low flame till crispy. Now serve the paneer fry with tomato sauce or with rice.
