Easy Coffee Frosting/Icing without Electric Beater


Icing is important to decorate the cake. Most people avoid this because of the ingredients used for frosting which may not be available with them. Here I have made the easiest frosting recipes which will be instantly available at home. The one who love the mild bitter flavour of coffee will love this frosting. Here I am giving the ratio of ingredients need to be used, you can adjust the quantity according to your requirement. 1: 2.5: 1.5 – Coffee: Sugar: Water

Ingredients:                                                                             
Instant coffee mix – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 to 2.5 tsp (measure and powder)
Water – 1 to 1.5 tsp
Tumblr/Glass – large

How to prepare Easy Coffee Icing:
  • Add Instant coffee mix and sugar in the glass. Add 1 tsp of water. Now hold the whisk between your palms and rotate them with maximum speed as possible. (This rotation of whisk will work like low speed electric beater, will speed up the process compared to beating them with spoon or fork)

  • Add the remaining half spoon of water little by little. Rotate the whisk till you reach stiff peaks. Check by scooping them in spoon and hold it upside down it should not fall.
  • Now the frosting is ready. This can be stored in the fridge in air tight container and can be used for about a week.
