Pomegranate is rich in iron and considered as one of
the healthy fruits. This also reduces the risk of cancer and heart diseases. To
enhance the taste of pomegranate here we are going to prepare milkshake out of
it.

Ingredients:
Pomegranate- 1
Sugar- 2 tbsp (more or less)
Vanilla ice cream (optional)-2 serving spoon
Chilled milk-250ml
How to make pomegranate milk
shake:
Peel off the skin of the pomegranate and collect the
pearls.
Blend it in the mixer smoothly along with ½ cup of
milk and sugar.
Sieve it using the strainer.
Now along with this add the remaining milk, vanilla
ice cream and blend it again till it become frothy.
Tips:
Powder the sugar and add it in blender which will
help to dissolve fast.
