Masala Peanut/Masala Kadalai/Fried Masala Groundnuts

Masala peanut is an easy peanut snack recipe coated with besan, rice flour and corn flour. Peanuts are also known as nilakadalai, malattai, groundnuts. This is a spicy all time favourite popular tea snacks or can be side dish for dal rice, sambar rice etc. You can use raw peanuts or roasted peanuts with skin, here I used raw peanuts.
