Ingredients:
Bitter gourd - 6nos (small)
For Masala:
Onion- 2 medium (finely chopped)
Coconut- 2 tbsp (grated)
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder- ½ tbsp
Jeera powder- ½ tsp
Fennel powder- ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder- ½ tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Salt- As required
Oil- 1tbsp+2tbsp

How to prepare Bharwa Karela:
- Wash the bitter gourd, silt vertically and remove the seeds using small spoon. Cook the bitter gourd in water by adding a little for 5mins or in pressure cooker for 1 whistle and throw the water, this will reduce the bitterness. Remove from water and let it dry.
- In a frying pan add 1tbsp of oil, saute the onion along with coconut till onion becomes translucent. Then add the masala powder one by one and saute for a minute. now stuffing is ready.
- Take the cooked karela fill them with stuffings.
- In a wide pan add 2tbsp of oil and place the stuffed Bitter gourd, cover with lid and cook till all size get cooked evenly. Flip then for even minute for even cooking.
- Now the stuffed karela is ready to serve, goes good with dal rice.
