Egg Pudding - 1yr+ Toddlers

Egg pudding is a simple healthy recipe for 1year+ babies. It's a soft, sweet recipe which toddlers will love to eat. Check with the pediatrician before introducing any new food to babies.

Ingredients:
Egg - 1
Milk - 100ml (boiled and cooled)
Jaggery Powder/Cane Sugar - ½ tsp
Cardamom Powder - a pinch (optional)
Ghee/Butter/Oil - little to grease

How to prepare Egg Pudding:
  • Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Grease a small bowl and add the mixture, keep it aside.
  • In a steamer/kadai boil water and keep the mixture bowl inside, cook for 8-10mins.
  • Now the pudding is ready, allow to cool and feed to the baby.
