Curry leaf is a good source of iron and calcium,
also rich in Viatmin A, B C and B2. It contains nice aroma, good for hair
growth. It also reduces the blood glucose level efficiently. Even though curry
leaves have lot of health benefits many people use to ignore these when added
to gravy or rice. When we have this in the form of Kariveppilai Satha Podi
along with hot white rice and ghee or coconut oil nothing can beat the taste of
this combination. So we can see the recipe for Curry leaf powder.
