Ingredients:
Bread - 4 slices
Milk – 1 cup or 250ml
Sugar – 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Agar agar – 5 gram
Water – 1 cup or 250ml
Strawberry essence – 2 tbsp (optional)

How to prepare Agar Agra bread pudding:
- In a mixer jar break the bread slices add milk and sugar. Grind them into smooth paste.
- Wash the agar agar and soak for 10 mins. In a sauce pan add water along with agar agar and sugar. Boil them till agar agar get dissolve in water.
- Strain the agar agar solution and add the bread paste into it. Cook the mixture till it starts to thicken and bubble. Allow them to cool, when it is lukewarm divide it into 2 portion.
- In one portion add the strawberry essence and mix
well. Now in a bowl add both the portions of mixture in desired order and
refrigerate it till they got set. It may take 4-5 hours. Serve it chill or in room temperature.
