Palkova Kulfi(Instant recipe)
Palkova is a simple Indian dessert made out of milk and sugar, which gives out creamy dessert. Kulfi is another dessert made out of Milk and sugar which is served in frozen form. Here we are gonna enjoy the taste of both rich, creamy dessert in a single recipe.

Ingredients:
Milk(Full fat)- 150ml
Palkova-200gram
Badam- 5nos

How to prepare Palkova Kulfi:
  • Soak the badam in hot water for few minutes and peel the skin. Grind it to coarse.
  • Boil the milk and add the palkova, let the palkova dissolve in milk and the milk get thicken.
  • Add the grinded badam along with milk. Allow the milk to get cool and then transfer it to the mould.
  • Set it in freezer for 8 hours. Kulfi will be ready to server.

Tips:
  • I used homemade palkova. You can also use unsweeted khova available at store. If so you have to add sugar while dissolving the khova.
