Dry fruits puree is one of the healthy food which is rich in vitamins, minerals, iron. The fibre content in dry fruits will increase the digestion for babies, also prevents/cures constipation. Dates, black raisins and fig increase hemoglobin and iron. This also improves the immune system.

How to prepare Dry Fruits Puree:
Soak raisins, black raisins and fig in hot water overnight.
Soak badam in a separate bowl. Peel the skin of the badam.
In a mixer jar add badam, peanuts, cashewnuts, dates and walnut. Once nuts are finely grinded add soaked dry fruits.
Grind them to fine paste, puree is ready. Strain the dry fruits soaked water. Serve the soaked water to your baby in empty stomach and feed the puree.
Tips:
You can feed this to your baby anytime, preferred in empty stomach.
I started feeding this fruits and nuts puree to my baby once she turns 1year.
From 6months onwards you can feed soaked and puree raisins, black raisins and dried fig along with soaked water.
You can adjust the quantity of ingredients according to your baby.
Be cautious about walnut, adding more may ruin the taste. I used to add half walnut, as my baby won't eat if I add 1walnut.
