Cheese balls are one of the all time favourite snacks recipe for kids, which is filling snacks too. Here is the recipe for cheese balls.

Ingredients:
Potato- 3 medium (boiled)
Rice flour- 2tbsp
Corn flour- 1tbsp
Chilli powder- ½ tsp
Hing/Asafoetida- ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder- ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Salt-as required
For Cheese stuffing:
Cheese slices- 4nos
Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
Salt- as required
Coriander leaves- 2tbsp chopped
For outer layer:
Rava
How to prepare Cheese Balls:
- In a mixing bowl add the boiled potatoes and mash it completely, add the masala powder and combine well, set aside.
- In another bowl add the cheese slices, pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt, combine well with fingers. Shape all the cheese mixture to small balls and keep aside.
- Shape the potato mixture to balls little bigger than cheese balls. Grease hands and make potato balls equal in number to cheese balls. Now flat the potato balls in your hands, place the Cheese balls in center and secure with potato mixture, shape them to balls.
- Spread rava in a plate, gently roll the balls over the rava to make sure balls are completely coated with rava.
- Once all the balls are coated with rava, keep the balls in freezer for 30mins.
- Fry the balls in medium flame, stir occasionally till golden brown. Cheese balls are ready to serve.
