French Toast/Bombay Sweet Toast

French toast is a popular breakfast or brunch which is tasty and simple to make. This can be given to kids as a snacks or lunch box recipe, even as a breakfast during school days.

Ingredients:

Bread slices- 3

Egg- 1

Milk- ¼ cup

Cinnamon powder or cardamom powder- a pinch

Sugar- 1tsp

Ghee- 1tbsp

 

How to prepare French Toast:

  • In a mixing bowl add egg, milk, cardamom powder and sugar, mix well till they combine well.
  • Heat a tawa, take a slice of bread, dip in egg mixture and place in tawa. Add some ghee and toast on both sides. Repeat the same for other bread slices. French Toast is ready to serve.
