Ingredients:
Boiled egg- 3
Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder- ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Cumin powder- ¼ tsp
Salt- as required
Oil- 1tsp
Curry leaves- 1sprig
Mustard seed- ¼ tsp
Jeera- ¼ tsp
How to prepare Instant Egg Masala Fry:
- Cut the boiled eggs into two halves.
- In a small bowl mix all the masala powder.
- In a heavy bottom flat pan add oil, temper mustard, jeera, curry leaves. Then add the masala mix and stir it for few seconds in low flame.
- Finally add the egg placing yolk side down. Flip it carefully after a min. Switch off the flame within few seconds. Quick Egg Masala Fry is ready to serve.
