Ari Pathiri is basically a Kerala Malabar recipe, here it's made out of Leftover cooked rice. This goes well with non-veg gravy or spicy chutney or kuruma.

Ingredients:
Cooked rice- 1cup
Rice flour- ¾
cup (roasted)
Salt- as required
*Used 180gram cup
How to prepare Ari Pathiri:
- Grind the rice to paste without adding water.
- In a mixing bowl add rice paste along with rice flour and salt. Knead a soft dough, if required sprinkle little water or if the dough is sticky add little more rice flour.
- Divide the dough to small balls and dust flour to spread the balls. Else grease oil in the rolling pin and rolling surface and spread the balls to avoid sticking. Use a lid to shape the pathiri round in shape.
- Heat the tawa and cook the pathiri till small bubbles appears on both sides along with small brown spots. Transfer it to the plate and pathiri is ready to serve.
