using only 2 ingredients. It is super spongy and dissolves in mouth.

Egg white – 2nos
Sugar – 1tbsp
Vanilla essence – 2 drops

How to prepare snow pudding:
- In a large mixing bowl add the egg white and sugar, and then beat using wire whisk or blender till it forms a white stiff peak.
- Take a greased bowl or mould, transfer the egg sugar mixture into it and spread evenly. In a steamer boil water and place a stand. Now place the bowl containing egg sugar mixture on the stand and close the bowl with lid to make sure water not getting dropped inside the bowl.
- Now place a lid for the steamer. Steam cook for 15-20 mins. Then remove from steamer and allow cooling. Once cooled completely transfer to a plate which is ready to serve.

Tips:
- If required caramelize the sugar and add to the greased bowl before adding the egg sugar mixture then cook the snow pudding.
