Full
fat milk – ½ liter
Sugar
– 2 tbsp
Cardamom
powder – ¼ tsp (optional)
Saffron
strands – 4-5 strand (optional)
Almonds
– 1 tbsp blanched and chopped

How
to prepare Shahi Tukda:
- Refer the link for preparing Rabri.
- In a pan add water and sugar boil till it get dissolves and the syrup thickens.
- Cut each bread slices diagonally into 2 pieces. Toast them with ghee on both sides till golden brown.
- Dip the bread slices in the sugar syrup the help of spoon.
- Arrange the slices in serving plate, pour the rabri over the bread slices, garnish with nuts and serve immediately.

Tips:
- You can also add mawa/Khoya while server shahi tukda.
- This will taste good even without sugar syrup.
