Dry Garlic Chutney

Dry Garlic Chutney is mainly used with chat and street food especially for Vada Pav. You can also use this for dosa, idli by adding little oil into them.

Ingredients:
Coconut – ¼ cup
Peanut/Groundnut – ¼ cup (Roasted)
Garlic pods - 10 nos
Red Chilli – 10 nos
Sesame /Til – 1 tbsp
Salt – As required

How to prepare Dry Garlic Chutney:
In a mixer jar grind all ingredients except groundnut, finally add the groundnut and give pulses to powder them.
In a pan add the grinded mixture and dry roast in low flame till the moisture evaporates. Dry garlic chutney is ready.
