Carrot puree for 6m+ Babies

Carrot puree is one of the best Vegetable which I provided to my baby in 6th months. Most babies love this because of sweet taste. Check with the pediatrician before introducing any new food for babies. New foods may lead to constipation for babies, so it is always safe to provide Raisin water to babies regularly in the morning which has been advice to me by my Granny.  Click here for Raisin water recipe.
